Multiple Choice with set number of answer attempts

This is the same multiple choice question as previously, but this question is set up with a limited number of tries (this one is 5, can be anywhere between 1 and 255).

Note that the reveal button is absent at this point, and only appears after the correct answer is chosen, or the max number of tries is obtained. This way a "putative" quiz transforms into a study tool.
